    Game won't fully load


    I had bought call of duty cold war and now months later It tells me that I need to purchase. But when I go to the Microsoft store it says I own the game. I have in installed and re-installed the game multiple times. I do not know what to do at this point.

    Sorry to hear that both Battlefield 1 and Ghost Recon: Wildlands keep crashing for you. Let's have you check out the troubleshooting article that outlines

    Xbox One games will quit unexpectedly if you haven't already—it will provide troubleshooting steps beyond just power cycling and reinstall/uninstall like you
    have already attempted. :)

    Please let us know if you're still seeing issues after following the guide! Hopefully you're able to play both games without issues soon.

    Hi! My name is Pam. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

    Solution 1. Power cycle your console

    Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Solution 2. * Go to games and apps

    * Look for Cold war and highlight it

    * Once highlighted, go to manage game

    * Under manage game, look for Content packs 2 and 3 and delete them

    * Restart Xbox then launch the game again.

    Make sure that content packs 1 and 4 are both installed.

    Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

    NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    power cycling the Xbox One console     and test your network connection speed.
