    Game won't fully download.


    I bought KINGDOM HEARTS - HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX on the 23rd, and while I'm able to play it, it stops at just one point off and KH 358/2 doesn't fully download. Just today I kept on getting a installation stopped over and over. I've uninstalled the game, reinstalled it and it's done the same thing. I don't know how to fix it

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please unplug the external hard drive and then perform a powercycle before installing the game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If you don't have an external hard drive plugged in, we may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    In this case, we may need to perform a reset on your console removing everything, this will uninstall all of your games and apps but we can reinstall them later on. This is the last resort because there is also no external hard drive plugged in.
