game won't finish dowmloading

Actually, never mind, I restarted downloading it again today, and it worked just fine for some reason. As for the account issue, it looks like I"ll just have to stick with the old one for now. With the next generation around the corner, I can set up a new
account when I get a new console. Thanks for taking the time to respond though!

Sorry to hear you're having issues downloading Crackdown.

1. First and foremost, is the account you're trying to download with an Xbox LIVE Gold account?
   
2. What is your account region?
3. What is your physical location?
4. Are you getting an error code or is the download just stopping?
   

This may be similar to what you've tried already but I would suggest trying these steps in this exact order:

• Delete any incomplete downloads
• Clear your system cache - 3 times
  
• Clear your marketplace system data
  1. On your console, go to settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.
  3. Select System Items.
  4. Select Marketplace System Data.
  5. Select Delete.
• Turn off your console
• Turn on your console
• Download your profile
  
• Redownload the game

In regards to your account issues, you can go to:

Settings > Account > Your Information > Billing information

You can then find the e-mail your account is registered for and recover the password with our Microsoft account password forgotten article.

Please let us know the answer to those questions and how those
steps work out for you and we'll go from there.

FYI, I just can't access the account signed onto my Xbox just on a computer, because the person doesn't use it anymore, and I have no Idea what the account info was.

yeah mine is also dowmloading aswell so hopefully it will work, hope you enjoy the DLC

Xbox servers are having issues with live features like party chat, dowmload speed etc.
