Game won’t download/update

When I go to download my dead by daylight it downloads to 90.6% and then stops downloading ad won’t carry on even if I resume it

Clear and reset Store cache in Windows

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

Step 4: restart Pc and Modem/router

Also check that you have your PC on the proper region and the date and time are set to automatic, if you are using a VPN disable it please and any antivirus software

I’m on Xbox consoles that’s the problem and I don’t know how to do it from the console

That is very odd. I haven’t seen an xbox update in a while. If you have automatic downloads on, it should download automatically if you are offline. If your wifi disconnects, it won’t automatically download.

It’s not an exact error that shows up it just say installation stopped and stops downloading with no error code or anything and it never says anything about an update. I have plenty of room for it, but it just won’t download.
