Game wont download to xbox after purchase via pc

I recently bought an xbox 360 with a free game. I could not download the game directly to the xbox so I tried to do it via live.xbox.com. Dialog boxes on my pc tell me that the game has been "purchased" and it will download to my x box the next time I log
in. I have tried doing this a number of time but it is a bit like being on and endless trail. I activate my avatar and that indicates I am logged in, but when I try to then go any further it keeps taking me back to the live log on screen. I have also tried
logging into my account on line to ask for support and although it accepts my email address and password, I can use the dialog boxes to ask for support as my name is missing. I have tried clicking on the name boxes, but it won't let me. I am now totally frustrated.
Can you offer some help or advice please. I am in Australia. AS I am totally sick of riding MIcrosoft website merry go round can anyone offer some advice.

I bought command and conquer 3 for the 360 from the marketplace and it gets to 20% and then says it cannot download command and conquer 3. any help would be appreciated.. I have tried to clean the cashe, delete it from the games list and try to download
it again, i have taken the memory unit out and retied it, and it keeps doing the same thing.

I just purchased dragon ball z ut on Xboxlive market place

But for some reason every time it gets to 1 percent it says can't download this item

Then I go back to my download history and try to download it again but it keeps saying it can't download this item

I want my.money back or the game!

What account are you using on your Xbox? Is it the same Gamertag name you have used to post here? Please log in with that account, and
click here to see your purchase history for your Xbox 360. If your game is listed there, please make sure your account on your console matches the account you are using to post on the forums.

If it does not match, you'll need to download this account to your Xbox 360. Instructions how to do this can be found

if you downloaded them via your xbox, you can recover your gamer profile, and via your pc go to download history and re-download the purchased games

Hi,

If you wanted FIFA 21 for PC only then you'll need to request a refund as you've purchased the Xbox version of the game. That's why there is no download option.

PC FIFA 21 can only purchased via EA's PC online store or via Steam.

yeah they can be used on pc, but you have to first launch the game on xbox to sync them to the epic account, if you don't have xbox you have to purchase in game or via epic store.

rule of thumb is, if the game is available to buy, download and play via windows store FOR pc then in game currency purchases will be ok.
