Game With Gold tile not working.

The tile where it shows the free games this week is not working. It says the my gold is about to expire but when I click on it it pops a black screen and what looks like a square and a rectangle in white. It also backs out of the screen when it appears.
Does anybody know what it means.

Games with Gold tile

I always thought it just switches out depending on the deals that are running at the time. I never see it there 100% of the time.

@bowski, mine has been there all time until late. I always enjoy cruising through it to see the deals of the week and what not. Ill try a hard reset again now that I've updated the console this morning and see what happens....

Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button for 10 seconds or until the console shuts down completely. Let it sit for a couple of minutes then restart the console and test for results. Post back and let us know.

I also would like to point out that the tile worked today but a few minutes later that's what it showed. Is there a way I can show you a picture through the forums

Sign in on your console if you haven't already;

Go to the dashboard;

Select the Games tab;

Select the Browse Games tile;

Select the free with gold / Games with Gold tile

Select the tile that shows the current Games with Gold game;

Follow on screen instructions to download game to your console.

You can also find the current free Games with Gold game on your console by:

--> Going to the Dashboard

--> Moving to the Games tab

--> Selecting the Browse Games tile

--> Selecting the Games with Gold / free with gold tile.
