i can not download game with gold on xboxone,the assassin's creed 3 .show me can't finish the trading.only it.why?

Problem downloading free xbox 360 games with gold to my xbox one

Please help me solve how can I download the free xbox360 games that come with the games with gold. I can download the xbox one games with out any problem but have not been able to download an xbox360 game since I started with Live last October

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. What is the specific error message you get when you try to acquire Assassin's Creed 3? The most common issues we see with obtaining backwards compatible games are a mismatch of Xbox Live account region and physical location,
not having a valid form of payment on your account, and the account is a child account. Also possible is that the game is not available in your current region.

If you aren't sure if your Xbox Live account region is correct, you can attempt to run it through the
migration process to correct it. If that is correct, you can check on your
Microsoft Commerce account to be sure that you have a valid form of payment and a valid billing account listed on your account. If your account is a child account, the only way to obtain the game
is to make the purchase through an Xbox 360 console. If the game is not available in your region, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist there.

i think i have the same issue. since i am in Germany the message is in German. Es tut uns leid. Ihr Kauf kann zurzeit nicht abgeschlossen werden. Versuchen Sie es noch einmal. I have a Live Gold subscription since 3 days and i try every day multiple times.
And it doesnt work.

My girlfriend could get Speedrunner and Lara Croft with a 14 Trial version of Gold live. She was told that she cannot get AC3 with a trial version because it is a 360 game. So i got a real live gold account. BUT still it doesn't work.

AND how do i check my region? I dont want to migrate if the region is already correct?

My region should be Germany but i spend a lot of time in Switzerland. If I cannot get the games even with a valid subscription it is NOT useful and I want my money back.

try vpn on your pc, go to the store and purchase it via pc not xbox, this could work
