Game with Gold, Gone?

I have aquired several gaems with gold on my account over the last few years. I went to play one but it said "do you own this game or app?" Watchdogs, Slime Rancher, Worms Wmd and battlegrounds, octodad, lego batman, star wars battlefront, minecraft. All
gone with the same error code. I cannot figure out what could be happening. They arent showing up in my purchases either! Please help

I've had people call me arrogant in the past because I do act like I know everything from time to time and although I don't know everything, I do still know a lot and try to approach things from a practical standpoint whenever I can - I've become significantly
more humble and careful with things I say over the past few months due to past transgressions with other posters as well.

As for how much I game, it has indeed come to a point where I'm on the forums more than I game, but I do still use my Xbox consoles to play games and do other things - at least 3 hours a day if I were to put a number to it, which is a lot considering all
of the other things I make time for in my life.

Regardless of what you or anyone else thinks of me, I'm here because I enjoy it and the people I socialize with (most of the time). I also enjoy helping others whenever and wherever I can. If I end up being wrong about something, I accept that and move on
(which I admit I didn't often do in the past) rather than holding a grudge - after all, those are the worst things to have.

just to be sure, please check your Gold subscription, since Xbox One games acquired via GwG will require an active Gold subscription, you can check the subscription status here:
http://account.microsoft.com/services

Also check if you are using the same profile that was used to 'purchase' the games.

If both checks have a positive result then please try the following:

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Also make sure the console is connected to Xbox Live (if it's not your account's Home console, that purchased the games)

I did all of that. Im not sure how to verify that im the one who purchased it but i went tgrough all the accounts i have on my xbox ( all family ) and none of them were able to play the games. I did the manual power cycle. Nothing. This ONLY affects games
i have aquired with gold. Its my home console. Im always connected to live. None of the games show up in my purchase history
