Game with gold game not showing in App Library & error when searched for

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a game with gold. When you go to your full library or games with gold games in my games and apps. Does the game show up as owned? If not it may not of registered you bought it.

No dont have an error code game does show up when i search for it but when i press play on the xbox app it says cant play the game and more not

Ok, yes I downloaded it and installed it, it’s NOT showing in my Game Library, using the Xbox app, if I search for this game with the Xbox app I get the error message image I posted previously. I spoke at enormous length with several Xbox experts, who took m through tons of troubleshooting, eventually I was told it was a known issue and was bing worked on, that was back in February.with Subsequent enquiries I get told it’s still being worked on, IMO its a low priority for MS and I don’t think they will bother. As I also said the Xbox App Library displays the graphic from the game, NOT the title as text, so maybe other game titles are not showing just so difficult to read the game title from a graphic image. I have asked many times to allow the option to display the library content as a simple list….but no one really cares at MS……they mainly interested in developing stuff that most likely no one really wants……..

All I need is for someone to look in the app game library for Indian jones & the emperors tomb and see if it’s there and also search for it and see if they get the same error message.

If it's for some reason not showing up in your apps, then you can always try searching for it in your 'Ready to Install' list, which is now located in the "Full Library" section of "My Games & Apps."

I opened the Xbox App on my Android tablet and searched for Indiana Jones. A screen similar to your second picture came up and i selected Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb at the bottom of the screen. I then got the same error message as your first picture.

I am not sure what you mean by Game Library in the app. If you mean the screen that shows all your achievements then i believe that the original xbox games do not show here as they dont support achievements.
