Game with gold and demos

Can't find the games with gold section anymore on my xbox one and are there demos for any games to download from the store at all?

New/Returning Gamer.... Need suggestions

I would play the games with gold games I have downloaded and than I would search for games with free demos in all sections, indie, arcade, etc.

Your welcome, enjoy your new 360 and remember if your on live you can check out the game demos/trials and becoming a gold member gets you to the games with gold program.

The Games with Gold section normally shows up on your home screen, but if you can't find it there, you can always find it online at

www.xbox.com/.../sales-and-specials

There should also be a Game demos section that shows up in the store. Go right to Store, then down to Games store, and it was underneath the Backwards compatible section for me.

If it's not on my home screen how would I be able to download the games on there though?

You can "purchase" the games online and they will download to your console.

On your console, what is showing up in the tiles on the right side of your home screen? If you sign out, and sign back in through the guide, does anything change?

The game demo is available to download in multiple regions and is an xbox gold member exclusive demo

it was officially purchased bc i got the game when it was free on games with gold, then years later i cancelled gold, and it still installs and shows up as a game, achievements and all, it just won't let me play. yet when i install the demo to
the internal HDD because the demo is 1.89 GB (that means the demo is the only way i could test the theory), the demo works.

Hello, you need to have an actual Gold Membership, a 2 day Gold Pass does not make you a "Gold Member" it allows you to play in multiplayer games but it does not let you do certain things like download "Gold Only" demos. You would need to purchase a full
Gold Membership in order to download this demo.

Microsoft removed the Gold requirement from the demo and the demo only, so that people could try out both single and multiplayer.
