Game will not reinstall after I uninstalled it!

So I was having trouble with gta v on my xbox one so I decided to uninstall it and try to fix it by reinstalling it. When I went to reinstall in without internet like I heard I was suppose to die, the game always stops at exactly 37% and says Installation
Stopped. Someone please help, I have done everything I can to fix this and I'm to the point were I am done with Xbox just because of how frustrating this in. There is an update out for gta v that could be interfering with this but I really don't know.

Stupid Microsoft DRM, cannot play any game...

I did an windows update and had the same problem, It said to uninstall and reinstall but I can not reinstall because it says I already have it after I uninstalled it. What a hassle!

Game uninstalled itself now will not reinstall

I bought COD Ghost online and it was working fine. Then about two weeks ago it uninstalled itself. Now it will not reinstall. I tried a couple of suggestions from other posts but they seem to have the disk. I do not. Any idea on how to get the game back
on my console? I get an "installing" message, but it stays at 0% and has been for 2 weeks.

When you uninstalled did you uninstall everything or just the game? Do you have any updates, patches, or dlc still on the HDD which could be interfering? Also are you trying to do something else while it installs, or are you just letting it sit? Does anything
else happen while it's installing, like does the screen dim, or a controller turn off, anything which could interrupt the progress? The issue seems odd for a disc install so I'm just trying to think what could be stopping it. Its not something as simple as
a dirty disc is it, do other installs work as intended?

Hello,

If you reinstall Minecraft, you won't lose any Minecoins or anything you bought from the Minecraft Marketplace. However, you may have to reinstall worlds and texture packs you bought. You also won't lose any worlds downloaded to your system. You will be able to install it again by following these steps:

Go to My Games & Apps>Full Library>All Owned Games, and you can reinstall it there.

I uninstalled the device, but after awhile it happened again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game before as well.

im sorry that did not help and i also followed the thing saying find your error code and the error code 0xC00CEE04 did not show up
