Game Will Not Install Says No Live Connection

Will not connect me to Xbox Live so I can install and play Far Cry Primal on disk.

Internet works. Checked thru System > Check Network and it says, "Everything is good on your end but we are sorry we are having trouble on our end." Service status says "Limited!" - https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status and
gives me option to put in my phone number if I want a call on when this "limited" will be fixed.

I don't want to give my phone number.

Is Live down and when will it be up again?

My Xbox is constantly telling me to clear my local saved games

Ye its always signed into live with good wire connection. Also after being on for an hour or so nothing will install from disc or ready to install list just says instaltion stopped constantly if i resume. Also will not let me save on certain games when
its been on for same time period.

Advanced Warfare: Cannot play online

Hello,

I cannot play advanced warfare online. I can play other games online, but not AW. When I go to play the game it signs me out of xbox live, and then when I try to sign into xbox live while in the game it says "your connection to xbox live has been lost. please
sign in again." I used the install disc for AW then tried reinstalling, now I have deleted everthing from the install disc. I did download the update for AW as well.

When I test my connection everything is fine except it says xbox stores: service alert. I have opened up the proper ports.

It now appears to be up and operating normally. The only service having issues is VUDU.

are you connected to xbox live? you need to be connected to install the game.

i just bought forza 7 earlier and haven't been able to download and install the game. The DLCs installed fine. Another game was downloaded and installed fine. Forza 7 is saying it can't access Xbox live. It keeps saying that i'm not connected but I am. Even
now that xbox live services are back up according to xbox.com/status, i still can't get forza 7 to install. Tried resetting. Tried deleting local cache and reinstalling.

So, the problem is on their end. They said they would txt me once it gets fixed, but then they just texted me a little while ago to say xbox live was back up but i still can't install Forza 7.

im having same issue gears 4 installs offline no problem connect to live get update 50.06 gb update gets to 4% stops says ready to start go in game says installing 6% and nothing what the hell do i gotta do to get this to work payed 400.00 for 10 lb paper

That is because you must install forza hub and install the game from live

Including online components

You will be hardpressed to find a game that won't require live connection to install

This includes most current to next gen games
