Game will not install. Even while not online

Trying to install just dance 2016 and after the installation starts it then stops for no reason. I did the trouble shooting of installing the game offline and it still does the same thing. Just starts then stops. Why? Anyone please help.

Seems to be some sort of trend as you're the 2nd person to post about having such issues.

All I can think of is doing a hard reset, or contacting support.

 

2 posts is a trend now? Wow!! Have you checked the disc itself For fingerprints, marks etc?

 

Yes, especially since, not counting the forum regulars, very few even use these forums. Thus 2 people with simular complants within hours/days of each other can constitute. 'A trend.'

I would recommend the following, maybe it will work...

(1) Unplug the Xbox One power brick from the wall outlet for 5 minutes

(2) Try playing A DVD / Blu-ray, does it play? Maybe your BD Drive is messed up?

(3) If you have other friends who have the same game, ask if you can burrow their copy and see if it installs. Maybe your disc is messed up?
