Game will not install and says it can't see compatible devices

The Microsoft store doesn't display any errors messages or clearly displayed issues, But I've recently tried to install "Secret Neighbor" through the store but the my cursor becomes a circle-cross symbol and I can't click the install. I then tried the "Install on my devices" option but I get this:

I'm at my wits end and I need help. I checked the microsoft website and it is picking up my pc as a device linked with my acount . I tried re-installing the app, I updated my system and restarted. But none of these fixes has resolved the issue! I beg for any help!

Hi and sorry for the slow response, My internet was down for a day or two.

My system is up to date and I'm running a 1050ti with 12GB or RAM, hope that helps!

With it showing "Update" next to the Windows version requirement, is your version of Windows 10 18362.0 or higher? Can you click on "update"?

Currently the application for Onedrive is not available for Xbox, this means that it's not compatible with Xbox devices and you can't install on any of these devices at the moment

I have the same problem, I have had the game and all DLC's installed since dec 2018, they all worked yesterday, now all my DLC's are not shown in game and on the store, it says I own them, but for me to install them, when I try it says I have no compatible
devices.
