    Game will no longer start on Xbox One


    My daughter can no longer play Zoo Tycoon as the game will not complete the start sequence, it used to work fine.

    It gets to the Press A to start screen, press A and then the orange circle spins then goes back to the Press A to start screen again. ad-infinitum. Tried using different Xbox profiles with the same results. Tried different controllers, cleaned the disc etc.

    Checked game information on the dashboard, it took a long time to complete and reported no save data, except there should be. Could the save data be corrupted and stopping the game from running?

    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from disc again, same results, Press A and spinning orange circle...

    Is there anyway to get this game working again, if not how do I get a refund so my daughter can buy something that does work? Our other games work fine (both disc and digital) it is only this one that has an issue.

    Original Xbox games no longer start

    I now have three downloaded original Xbox games on my Xbox 360. I've had GTA: San Andreas and Sid Meier's Pirates for awhile and was able to play them. I just downloaded Star Wars: KOTOR. Now none of those games will start. What are my options?

    Game will no longer start on Xbox One

    I've got it sorted now. I did a factory settings reset and then reinstalled (all) the games and Tycoon is working again. Looks like the console had corrupted the local save game.

    no longer able to start game?

    Try unplugging your console and replugging it in, or hold the power button on the console for a few seconds until it shuts off this is a hard reset and may fix your issues. If not, then try deleting and re-installing Minecraft

    Same issue here guys, i've left it on for a long time during this as well and it never resolves itself either. Tried just the usual restart, close the game and open it again etc. nothing helps.
