Discus and support game updates not updating but redownloading in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; ive been having a problem and i really havent found a way to fix it but often when i have to update a game insted of updateing the game it redownloads...     ive been having a problem and i really havent found a way to fix it but often when i have to update a game insted of updateing the game it redownloads the game, sometimes i have to hard restart my xbox because i am unable to do anything on my xbox wither
    it be going to all settings or pausing the download or stopping it. most of the time i have it happen if not everytime its with a 30g game or bigger.

    Hey JohnB252, can you try updating your console with the download to USB/CD options found at Xbox.com/UPDATE , then try redownloading your profile again? Thanks!

    Super Street Fighter 4 AE DLC won't work

    I bought the Arcade Edition DLC for Super Street Fighter 4, but the game isn't updating or giving me the option to switch to AE.

    I have the disc version of SSF4 installed. I tried redownloading the AE update and the SSF4 update several times, as well as deleting and reinstalling the game itself and clearing my HD cache. Still no dice.

    Delete the game and redownload it without updating as this will give you the full version of the updated game

    Love the signature. You might have to delete the file. The best thing to do is watch the xbox 101 shows or call support.

    Only thing i could think of is to clear the cache and then when you put the game back in you should be prompted to DL, worse case you may have to fully delete game and retry.
