Game updates are going well over 100%

Yeah, well I had a game update for black ops 3 yesterday and it's still updating today. It's currently at 3400% & counting and also Halo 5 is at 750%. This means I can't play the games and I'm missing out on 2xp for black ops.

This is about the 5 or 6th time in a month I've had this problem now and It needs to be fixed. I had to re-download forza 6 twice right after release. Black ops is saying ready to play but it won't let me launch the game. I would be looking at 10-15hrs to
re download this game on my connection which adds to the frustration but I don't see why I should keep having to do it. If I buy new release games then I expect to be able to play them and not have to re-download them everytime there is an update.

I've tried hard resetting the console and unplugging it 3-4 times but no change it just keeps going up. If I need to re-download then it needs to be soon because I don't want the whole weekend of gaming time ruined because of another issue that's not my
fault.

yes me as well. over 100 games are missing plz help. lol this is not good.

Sounds like its possibly your external hard drive..............just a thought.

 

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, this is a glitch only and the content is only downloading normally. The glitch causes the percentage downloaded to be shown incorrectly. Please be patient and let the downloads finish normally.

 

I called to support and the analyst me talk that is a problem and the microsoft a fixed them

 

Thanks for the replies, I decided to re-download black ops 3 and it should be working now. Just got to let halo 5 sort itself out hopefully.

 

Mine wouldn't even download the updates for either game yesterday. Would give an error but no code, etc. Network connection was just fine. Cancelled to try later but I don't know how to get the update again! That page that says you have a new update is gone
entirely! Have rebooted the system, ejected the disc & put it back in, all to no avail. Is it possible that the update just happened in the background? That can't be though without getting me to accept or something first...
