    My minecraft update says it takes 0 KB but when I update it, it stops installing at point to point, when it gets to 100% it freezes and stays there, i tried clearing my queue of updates and it just stays there.

    Are you on the Xbox Insider program? If so, please leave any system updates and beta previews for now.

    Please try to follow these steps and reinstall the game:

    - First, uninstall the game from your console.

    - Press the Xbox button > My games and apps > See all > Manage queue > Queue > Click on cancel all > Clear the queue.

    - Press the Xbox button on your controller. Go to Settings and select Devices and Connections. In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage. Next, select Clear persistent storage three times.

    - Then, please perform a power reset:

    1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

    2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

    3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

    ​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

    Try to install the game again and let me know how it goes, please.

    Ah I see. I cant load anything games or apps. it just stays on the dash. Or the dash goes crazy and i have to switch it off to stop the issue.
