Game update is stuck at 0%

I have an update on a game that i am playing on my xbox one and it is stuck at 0%, i have tons of memory left, i tried restarting the xbox, i tried restarting the internet and nothing helped. Then i tried to pause the update and even to install it but nothing
is happening, it still says updating and it is still on 0%, what more solutions can there be? I appreciate any help i can get.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to update a title you have been playing.

We appreciate you taking the time to attempt to troubleshoot this matter on your end.

I would recommend that you take a look at the
Troubleshoot slow game downloads on Xbox One article, and see if some of these steps work for you.

There is one step I would like you to be weary of, which would be Solution 4: Cancel the game or app installation and then reinstall.
Take in mind that if you do this, you will install the game and all the updates all at once, which would potentially increase the time
it take to get back to gaming.

In this instance, if you do take this path, I would encourage you to re-install the game, and when prompted to update the title along the installation,
select Update later. Once the title is completely installed, update the game.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

title, or is this happening to multiple different titles? I would recommend trying a different game or app to see if they're able to download successfully?

Let us know if those steps don't work, and we can identify some further troubleshooting steps to try and identify what's causing the issue.

I have the same problem how the heck do you fix this?
