Game update fails

Hey I’ve been trying for 2 days to install Lego Jurassic World on my Xbox One and it keeps failing when it tries to update. It comes up with an error code 87E0000F, I’ve tried uninstalling the game, clearing the cache, turning my modem off and on again,
restarting the Xbox and even exchanging the disc from the store I bought it from. Help! I just want to play my game

Try hard reseting the console and unplugging all the power cables for 30 seconds too see if that works.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

What troubleshooting have you done? What do you mean that you have "reset your console"? Did you try to power cycle your console?

It sounds like you've tried everything you can and I think your final port of call has got to be contacting Xbox support and see what they say

Unfortunately it seems like the only thing left to do would be to directly contact Support. I've seen some other posts on here asking the same question about the same/similar problem with this game and I've never seen one answered with a solution. It seems
