Discus and support Game unavailable? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I live in new zealand, its 1pm on the 3rd of november, my day zero edition that i pre downloaded wont start up, it just says unavailable? how can i fix...     I live in new zealand, its 1pm on the 3rd of november, my day zero edition that i pre downloaded wont start up, it just says unavailable? how can i fix this? btw my copy was game shared to me and 2 other people from a friend of mine, will that effect anything?

    after installing it said installing then it changed to updating 1% and has been stuck on 1% for 10 mins...

    if this is making me re-download the whole game which took me over 15 hours i will be furious.

    I think they've *** this right up.

    Been up waiting to play for hours.

    Few of my friends got on just fine. Mine, however, has decided to reinstall the whole game. Thanks Microsoft

    On the My games and apps screen for it, Just says Unavailable, its to be expected for a big launch but i just wanna know the problem and if there is a fix Game unavailable? :)

    told it be out 6 to 7 hour not sure that right ! from uk and got from usa store ! but sure unlock for all know !

    I've downloaded the free sunset game sorry can't remembet the full name but it was saying free. After playing it last night ow I can't play, just saying part of a bundle?

    I tried it but it didn't work, the game is just not available in South Africa, Thanks for your support
    Actually it would be what you arent getting is one your acount region and actual region and console region MUST match

    So if you picked uk or usa just for tekken as you mentrioned it wont work

    This means you selected your WRONG region and must use the correct one

    Under manage my account on this website

    For the best experience with xbox live your account region MUST REFLECT your actual region and no its not just a setting on your console

    Unfortunately not much can be done, you could file a complaint and have friends in the region file complaints to get Microsoft's attention
