Game Unavailable (to purchase)

With the recent addition to the Xbox Marketplace; the 70+ games for the Backwards compatible. I was able to searh and add Dead or Alive 1, 2, and 3 to my wishlist that i should be able to purchase later. But Mortal Kombat (9) and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is marked as "Game unavailable". I've attempted to look directly on Xbox site and signed in on the computer and the Mortal Kombat games aren't even online. Anyone know what's going on?

Yes, actually, some games, Mortal Kombat 2011 and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe included, are indeed not available in the store right now, but we believe this is just temporary, since both tittles entered the BC (back compatible) list.

Since it's a temporary issue, I advise you to wait for a little while and then check back again later.

Probably you are right. But it strange that the game became unavailable in the region years after purchase.
