Game unable to be purchased from Xbox marketplace.

I have been trying to purchase "Left 4 Dead 2" on the Xbox marketplace, but this is what I see when I look through different devices.

Mobile - When I look up "Left 4 Dead" on the mobile Xbox app store, it shows the "play on xbox one" button that launches the game on your console using your smartphone. does not let me purchase.

PC - on the marketplace, it prompts me to purchase "Left 4 Dead 2" but when I do it keeps saying product unavailable for purchase. Even though I have the correct amount of funds on my purchase card.

Xbox One S console - When I look up Left 4 Dead 2 on the marketplace it says "Not Currently Available" where the buy option should be.

I have surfed through many articles on the support site but none of the options work.

I even double checked the backwards compatible games list and its shows "Left 4 Dead 1/2" available.

I am curious why the game is on the store if it isn't available for purchase.

it doesnt say anything about currency, it just says the game isnt available.

The issue with the pc you canr use currency balance to buy xbox 360 games.

It must be done via a payment option o. The website or a xbox 360 with currency

Wait a second do you mean currency on your sccount isnt available ? If so thsn none of your platforms can use currency for bc titles

Still unable to purchase. I was considering going to game stop and seeing if the physical copy would work.

If you are on a child account you will be unable to purchase anything digitally from the 360 marketplace unless you are on an Xbox 360 console.
