    Game unable to be played even after hard reset


    So a little bit ago I had a game blocked but when It was unblocked it continued to say it was blocked so I tried deleting it but no luck eventually the console decided to have problems so we fixed it with a hard reset but the game is still blocked it also doesn't appear on the app that my dad uses to block the games so there is no way for me to unblock it anyone got a idea?

    Have removed your profile from the console and add it after a hard reset/power cycle?

    First thing to check is if the console is up and loaded, and just that the dashboard failed to load? That has happened to me sometimes. It responds to Xbox button presses and lets me load up My Games & Apps, or pressing and holding the Xbox button will
    pull up the power menu and a further reboot from there will fix the issue. Check to see if that helps, if not, there are also other great troubleshooting steps listed in this thread.

    Hello Hare,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend trying a factory reset. In the

    offline update solution    , on step 3 try that and see if you are able to get the troubleshoot menu up. If you do select reset console, then select reset and keep my games and apps.
