Game transfer on different platforms?

I had the game pass a while back on xbox and i bought some dlcs for forza horizon 4 but i got a pc and canceled the game pass. My brother who still plays on the xbox bought forza horizon 4 and i wanted to ask if there is a way to transfer it from his xbox
account to my pc account?

sign out of the windows store and get your brother to sign in, download forza from download history, once done sign out of store and you sign back in, play the game, remember you must be part of the same microsoft family for this to work ok.

Thanks for the response. I had done this a while back when I was still playing on the xbox one, but now that I've switched to pc is there a way to get forza from my brother's xbox account to my windows/microsoft account because im not using the xbox anymore?

Well from what it sounds like you are asking to link your accounts together. Now from what I understand you want to connect your Brothers account and your account together so you can share Forza Horizon 4 DLC. What I would reccomend if possible is doing
a My Home Xbox. Here is the proccess to do so from the Xbox Support Website best of luck!!!

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
Do either of the following:
- Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
- Select Remove this as my home Xbox to remove the designation.

The game files are different from Xbox to PC so you cannot transfer games across platforms.
