game transfer/account appeal

hello i came home to find i was banned on my main account
II PEBBLEDASH x i had then created a new account to play online with my mates and i couldnt load up the games i have brought off the xbox live market place, i had spend more the a hundred pounds on games on that account and i cant use them on a new account.
i have spoke to you support people and they have said appeal so you can use the games again as it is classed as theft to take games away from people for no reason and for stuff i bought off of you

There is no appeal.

on the banned console, you have 3 main options:

1) Use the console, only offline

2) Buy a new one and transfer everything over (all your accounts, DLC, and save games should transfer over, you may or may not need a transfer kit depending on the hard drive)

3) Stop using XBOX products completely.

There is no appeal.

The games that were purchased are linked to the account you purchased them on, which is why you cannot load them on your new account.

 

sorry when you are perm banned your remaining, gold, ms points/currency, and DLC including any games you bought are forfeit. you can still use them but you will NEVER be able to get them back again unless you buy them again on the new account.

 

Not entirely sure whether a ban will affect this, but in theory you should still be able to play the games on the console where they were originally/first bought (or, if you ever did a Licence Transfer after that, onto that console to which you transferred
the licences).

 

It should matter is you account is banned it's the fact that you have spent money one a game that Microsoft have let you buy and yet they still take it away when your account get banned tbh I think Xbox is no way near PSN due to the fact they are thieves.
If you bought a few games off the market and then get banned for no reason would you sit there and create a new account and not be able to play the games you already bought. I think Xbox live/Microsoft is way to strict in what they do I am sorry but what they
done it theft so I will be going to PSN due to how they treat their customers the soon you realise the better tbh Xbox all always after money never have they made a server to help people play online they just ban for no reason

 

they do not ban for no reason you were banned for violating the rules in some way if it was a minor issue it was a temp ban if it was multiple minor one one major it was a perm ban. all you can do is find out why you were banned not appeal it.

 

Yes they might ban you but if they actually watched all the gameplay and looked at everything then they would realise that the people who play in game battles get banned more often due to shot kids who report because they lost, if I could get my games back
then I wouldn't be moaning but Microsoft ban people without knowledge watch my recent games and then say that I am banned get your facts right,

As for your query about the licences for your games (them no longer being playable), this is from a legal document you agreed to when signing up for Xbox Live:

Yh i don't [Mod Removed] about my xbl account just the games that inhale payed for if Xbox do not give me my games back then they will lose a customer that has spent a lot of money within them, if they do end up giving me the games back
they might end up with more money but untill then I will not be playing Xbox or playing more money to get an Xbox one due to the most stupidest ban if Xbox was to watch how I at and stuff and watch other then they would realise what a big mistake then made
