    Game trailer video in store won't play - Message = Error: Video cannot be decoded


    Since the most recent update, I'm unable to view game trailer video. Message "Error: Video cannot be decoded" is displayed.

    Error: Video cannot be decoded.

    Same here. Everything was fine up until the latest update. Now, the video will start but shortly after stops with the "Error: Video cannot be decoded" message.

    Same thing here. Traded my Xbox one in for a One S and now I'm getting the same error anytime I try to watch a video trailer. Is there a fix, or do I need to return the console?

    Which trailer are you trying to view? Does it work if you open it up in a full screen mode? Are other videos loading for you?

    my brother is having the same issue. the videos arent playing when he visits the store. he said the trailers used to simply run on their own. suddenly one day they just stopped doing so.

    The new store is garbage

    I also have problems when watching trailers or clips. Cannot decode video error, store crashes and back to main xbox page. Just a poor layout too... trash :(
