    Not sure why you were refered here but its not possible to trade

    However as long as you didnt play more then 2hours of gameplay

    You could ask them to refund it amd them n rebuy it

    Transferring games for $10 would be for purchases made on xbox marketplace. Have you checked trade in prices at you local stores to trade your 360 version for the one version?

    If you could agree to a disclaimer....

    we actually have more DRM now since the switch.. all of it was applied to the DD versions of games. No trade, no share, no resell... true?? before in the works were license transfers, possible trade ins on digitals. Sharing of digitals...

    Why not trade your current slim in towards the new one? That way you can keep the HDD and trade it in after youi've transfered everything.
