Game to App switch Assistance

I got a problem with my xbox one. I got the first version of the xbox one, my problem seems to be software related I think. The problem I got is that if I'm playing a game, any game and then I take a break and leave it in the background and switch to watch
some youtube when I'm done with you tube I switch back to the game but the screen goes all black. I closed both the game and youtube to see if I can start the game again but when I start the game again the xbox turn off fully shutdown and if I try turning
it on immediately it won't turn on, I have to wait 30 seconds or more to turn it on again. I have try it with other apps to see if they got the same problem but is only with youtube, I can watch twitch or mixer and switch again to the game and nothing happens
but if I start youtube while a game is running in the background as soon as I switch back to the game the xbox turn off. I had tried hard reset, factory reset without uninstalling games and apps, uninstalling youtube, five minutes without the powerbrick conected
to the outlet so the xbox delete the cache but nothing had work for me.

You need to switch back to the game when snapping an unrelated app using the command "xbox switch."

 

Xbox App Assistance

I Can't log into Xbox when playing Microsoft Solitaire. I can only play as a guest. The error code is 1170000.

I have the exact same thing happening on my Xbox as well. I have the original version of the Xbox One as well.

I see the problem when switching between YouTube and Destiny 2. I have however reproduced the issue with YouTube and Destiny 1.

Same problem here. Uninstalled YouTube and power cycled the system and it won't happen if YouTube is not installed. Breaks as soon as I install and open the YouTube app. Tried replicating with twitch and no issue.

Xbox Support says there are problems related to the app which have to be fixed by future update. I plan to leave it uninstalled. Will try again in a few weeks. I don't use the browser on the console but youtube.com might work better in the meantime.

 

If you've not done so already. I would suggest and recommend that you report the problem threw the console directly after you experience the issue. By submitting a report on the issue. You can help pinpoint the cause of the issue.
