Did your pre-order possibly come back with an error closer to release? I recommend checking in with our phone support team through our

I think you can pre-order a game up to right before it releases, unless the developer has put a cut off time between the end of pre-order and release. I have definately seen games on pre-order up until midnight the day before release

The body of that page is merely to show you which titles you already own. It will say "You pre-ordered" if you own the title, even if you purchased the game after release. Since you only pre-ordered Dishonored 2 and Skyrim during the offer period, you have
only received two punches for this offer. The offer requires three punches to complete.

I've used shopto for the titles I have pre-ordered in the past, and have always had the game on release day, or the day before. They get my vote.
