    Game tiles not showing up in 'My Games'


    ive noticed on my Xbox 360 the past few weeks that a lot of games aren't showing up the box art in the my games section. I've tried deleting and redownloading the titles and doing a license transfer but no luck. wondered if anyone knows a fix or way around
    this? Not a big problem, just annoying.

    The tiles are showing up as a white Xbox live logo rather than the box art.

    No "Games for Gold" section after signing in?

    I recently got my XBox and connected it to my older game profile I already had (created during the days of Games for Windows) and coupled it to my LIVE account.

    However, I constantly experience the following issue:

    BEFORE I sign in with my profile:

    When showing the "XBox home" meny in the dashboard the tile/section for "Games for Gold" is showing as expected.

    AFTER I sign in with my profile:

    When showing the "XBox home" meny in the dashboard the tile/section for "Games for Gold" has vanished and pretty much the very same sections/tiles are showing up all the time. I.e. they never ever change.

    First if I sign out the "XBox home" meny shows the actual tiles.

    Bug or feature?

    Wrong cover art shown for my games section on dashboard!

    Same issue here, currently my games Castle Crashers, FEZ, and Iron Brigade are showing up with various Windows Phone games as their tile pictures (Angry Birds, Angry Birds Space, etc.).

    Hi, at the moment, it seems to be affecting a lot of users. It's actually an Xbox Live issue that causes this problem. There is nothing that can be done, but wait until Microsoft fix it.

    The temporary workaround is to pin the game and the box art should display under "My pins".

    The temporary workaround is to pin the game and the box art should display under "My pins".

    How to Hard Reset Xbox One?

    When you do a factory reset it should wipe everything. It even states it before you have to hit ok. As for the game still showing up as tiles. That because the games are tied to your GamerTag. So when you log on, they show up on tiles. But you will still
    have to redownload the games all over again.
