Game tiles not loading

Discus and support Game tiles not loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; ive Had this issue from day one. About 1/5 of my game tiles do not load. Why is this?     Game tiles not loading


    ive Had this issue from day one. About 1/5 of my game tiles do not load. Why is this? I've searched online and all I've read about is to open up interet explorer and click on bt hub which is your homepage. Ok my homepage is Bing and there is no bt hub tab.
    These posts are from 2013 so I'm sure it's a bit out of date. Since I cant find any recent questions regarding this I think it's safe to say that it's unique just to me. This is my last ditch effort...any ideas??

    Game tiles not loading

    I've had this problem before. Install the latest update, you should be fine. However, if you are not fine.

    You may have installed too many games/apps on your hard drive, though everything should be normal.

    Having a External Hard drive is one of the causes of the problem. Check to see your Hard drive compatibility with Xbox. All USB 3.0+ Drives are supported, though the specs. may differ.

    If all else fails, call Microsoft, point it out, and they will try to find the solution.

    Metal Gear Phantom Pain requires subscription?

    I think the issue is with launching using the game tile. The tile is labeled as Gold. If I insert the disc and let it auto launch it loads fine.

    Taptiles won't load

    Taptiles loads to the opening page of the game but no tiles. I'm using 8.1.
