Game tiles in ready to install greyed out and won't download.

Tried it out, but still not getting the results I was hoping for.

Tried both of those out and I still have the grey box where the game icon should be

You can also try to push the download directly from the xbox store when you are signed into your account while you are on a PC. If you have your console set up as your home console it might be able to work that way for the time being.

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these
steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
