Game tile keeps showing up after I uninstall...

This issue has been persisting for over a month now and I've been too lazy to try and fix it until now.

Basically, I have a game "installed" on my internal xbox HDD (Mass Affect Andromeda) that is 45.5GB in size. My current free space is 115.5GB. When I go to uninstall the game, the tile is removed from my Installed Games list, but no space is freed up. Also,
after a restart, the tile shows back up as if it was always there -- theres definatly not enough time for it to install in the background, so it's not that. And, I cant actually play the game, when I try to it gives me an error.

I did try troubleshooting via the Live Chag with a Gamer (that's an odd service, but I digress) but unfortunately I accidentally clicked accept answer and confirm when I fumbled my phone, which locked me out of continuing the conversation... this is as far

Hmm, very strange indeed! Do you have external hard drive or not?

I do. Let me check which HDD it is installed on...

It is "saved" on the internal HDD using 45.9gb. I also unplugged the external HDD now so there's no confusion.

Ok, Could you try removing again for me? Now that the external isn't in?

Sure thing. I hit uninstall all, and the tile for the game went away, but the "All Storage" did not increase (it was about 115gb before, it is now exactly 115.5GB free)

Also, the game now appears in my Read to Install section

Sure. I held down the xbox button on the controller and selected restart. Now waiting...

Now that it finished restarting, I can say it's still there, 45.5GB, and I still have 115.5GB free. Any ideas?

I would try a factory reset. Make sure you do not delete games and apps. Maybe it will disappear after that.

Follow the steps here so you do not delete everything.

Ps: this may or may not be unrelated information:

Several month ago I remember having mass effect Andromeda show up at the bottom of my games list (sorted by size, largest to smallest) as something like 0.1MB. It was weird, and I remember having to delete it on atleast two different occasions. Both seemed
successful, but I never really checked if it was there after a restart, I just trusted Xbox did what it was told. I only noticed the current problem because it shows up at the top of my list now (45.5GB is fairly large... it's about 10 down on my list of 100+
installed games, I got the 2TB version of the XB1)

Can you try to "Manage" the game instead of uninstalling it? Maybe the main game is uninstalled, but DLC or other extra content is floating around, which causes the tile to show up.

Also, is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview Program? Or are you on the official "general public" system version?

I have tried the select->uninstall and the manage->uninstall ALL options. No DLC shows up as installed (though I suspect some random sysfile is, and the xbox cant remove it for some reason). When I go select->file info, it shows me the stuff in the attached
picture.

General public version, as far as I know. I dis enrolled from insiders a very long time ago. System console info says: OS version 10.0.18363.8131 (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1911.191213-0400)

MS Win8 Games

1. Right-click on a tile or hold down on the tile until it is selected.

2. A menu will pop up on the bottom with the option to Uninstall

3. Select Uninstall.
