Game that I own wont work

So my brothers bought me the physical version of Kingdom Hearts 3 around a year ago. A few months ago I got game pass for 1 month and then I canceled my subscription. Now when I try to play the physical game it says that I need to buy it. It also says
that either your purchase was refunded or your pre-order was canceled. Here's the problem though I own the game physically and my brothers didn't buy it on my account and now it doesn't work to play. Please fix this and help me.

If you have disc uninstall then reinstall with disc

Have you tried to delete and then re install the game from disc 🤔

If you have the disc make sure there are no scratches on it and try and install the disc version.

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

Redownload your profile
