    Hi

    In nearly 3 hours my game has downloaded only 10%! I downloaded GTA V from the xbox marketplace so i cant disconnect from the internet to speed the process up

    Does anyone know how i can make the game download faster?

    I know GTA takes a while as its just over 40gb but i really want to play it Game taking even longer to download, anyone know how to download faster :p

    Downloadable content

    I have xbox one and latley it has been taking my consol soooo long to download anything, even with a disc. I rebooted everything, have plenty of storage space and my internet speeds are generally around 89 mbps which is plenty fast to download games and
    yet it is taking a very very long time to download things. Does anyone have a clue why this is happening.

    Game not working AT ALL

    I am having the same problem... after not played it for a while, I found it asking me for an update. I try to take the update, at which point, it tells me it is NOT available on the marketplace! I even tried to download it from my download history, to no
    avail!! SO we bought a game, and now it is no longer ours??? Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

    Disc or Digital Games, Which Downloads Faster

    Disc is faster.

    Disconnect from the internet, install the disc, then connect and start it. You'll be prompted to download any patches.

    Digital requires you to download the entire game before you install patches so it takes longer.

    Never said a download is a install. And yeah some games do take long and will take longer cause of the many updates. Guess you don't download demos on Ps3. Gonna try the Ethernet cord hook up rather than wifi as you suggested for downloading. I'm all for
    faster speeds.

    Slow download.

    I'm wired but its only xbox downloads and downloads specifically that take longer. My friend who have far worse internet than me download much faster than I do.

    A more powerfull console means slower downloads, not a more powerfull console means faster downloads. The more things the console is trying to do, the longer it takes to do just one thing.
