    Ok you would have to close the account out to free up email and possbliy delete the gamertag. Or you can create a new email and use it on your son regular account. Good luck.

    Hello I do not know if I 'm good place for my problem is this , for over a year I use a no violation gamertag until yesterday my gamertag or has been changed by enforcement.xbox.com unfortunately I can not change the gamertag that has been assigned by duty
    , I do not understand is that my flight 9.99 used to change my gamertag is the time

    Hello!

    Once you're signed in, you should be able to click on the gamertag/player and sign in as a different one.

    Hello Ron,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Is the Houdini202 an old gamer tag of yours? The reason why it is showing is you play on Activision account for Call of duty games. You will need to update the gamer tag with Activision, for it to show the correct gamer tag.

    We're afraid that if you're seeing that, that means your one-time free gamertag change was already used by your account. A one-time free gamertag change is only provided to an account if their gamertag was automatically selected for them when they joined
    Xbox Live. If you received an auto-generated gamertag and changed your gamertag once before, that would have been your free change and you would not be eligible for another one.
