Game synced wrong data

Okay this is really strange and i dont know the problem. Me and my boyfriend both have our accounts on the XBox and we both play the same dying lighy game and somehow when he opens up the game through his account it loads all my data and somehow managed
to lose all his.

Make sure to use the account you have last used to save the game before proceeding. The saved data is always connected to the account that saved was performed.

That is very odd but there is of course might be a way to fix it, You could uninstall the game and reinstall it with the account in question and to make sure it syncs back up to the console.

Hope that quick trick resolves the issue you are having. It is a odd one to happen but it might be due to signing on to 2 accounts and jumping between the 2 on the fly it might of saved it to the wrong profile.

I have to ask which game that has the issue in question. So I can check if there is other similar situations on the Games forums, to see if there known bug on that side of things as well

Game data is saved to a cloud storage tied to your gamertag. I would try closing the game, signing out both accounts, signing in his and starting the game again.
