    Hey guys im a little bored of not having much gamea to play on the xbox 1. So if nyone wants to swap games add me and we can exchange digital games i have a good few on my xbox and I am legit ive done this before i wont abuse it and only will take games

    Halo 5 disc copy swapped to a digital copy

    You would actually have to contact the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange. Microsoft does not swap physical discs for digital versions.

    Repair means they would be fixing something. Exchange means they're going to swap what you sent in with a new one. With controllers they typically do an exchange since it's cheaper than repairing them.

    It doesn't sound like you got swapped for a new console. Probably best to exchange it for an actual new device.

    Fixed Price exchanges and brand new Games swapped for only a tenner you can't beat that.

    Who can I speak to, or who can help me with a Minecraft gift card that will not use with the download code and I would like to exchange it for may be coins or some thing?

    The only way to swap the code for something else is to see if Target will refund or exchange it. Otherwise, it can only be redeemed for what the code is for.
