    Game stuck on black loading screen, will not load.


    Fell off a cliff in Elaaden Vault, instead of just putting me back where I was or last save, it is stuck on loading screen. You can hear, background noise, even team mates talking as if they are in the nomad.

    Sorry to hear you're running into trouble with Mass Effect: Andromeda. Are you still running into this issue? Have you tried doing a
    power cycle of the Xbox One console to see if that helps out with the issue that you're currently seeing? Let us know how that goes and if you're still running into trouble with the game. We're happy to continue

    "Another related thing seems like its the game suggestion/recommendation from Games tab is bugged, it will most of the time remain in loading circle. if seeing this on dashboard, loading any games will stuck at black screen."

    I guess there's a correlation. I can play my games when the suggestions load but can't play them if they aren't loaded.
