Game stuck in pending

When I purchased The orange box off of the Xbox marketplace on my pc I chose my payment method and then it says Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. Then I tried again in 30-minute intervals and it still would not work. I looked at my order history and there were 11 different orange boxes that all said pending. If anyone can help me with this it would be appreciated!

I just realized that on the order history it is using a different account. I select my credit card but it selects my outdated PayPal account. My Paypal was recently logged in by someone I don't know. I took my credit card off of It and made a new one. I tried deleting my PayPal account from Xbox but every time I try it says "We couldn't remove your payment method. Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit can help." I keep trying in 2-hour intervals but nothing changes. Help would be very much appreciated!

Hello ReXXnFXX, if you tried more than once and got an error, and pending orders appear in your purchase history, do not make any more attempts and wait between 24 to 48 hours for the system to update.

As the entire shopping process on the platform is automatic, you will have to wait this time to see if any of them are completed, as there are many, what should happen is that it will eliminate orders as time goes by.

Ideally, you should keep monitoring your purchase history from time to time to see the status of those orders.

Hello again, it's really strange how you have your subscription attached to another payment method.

We have received some similar occurrences here in the community, so it could be an error that is happening in the Microsoft payment method.

I don't think this is the problem because the outdated PayPal account does not have a credit card attached to it. and the subscription says that it is using my visa card instead of PayPal. I'm not completely sure so let me know if it doesn't matter what is attached.

Hello again, on this account you are trying to remove your payment method, check that you do not have an active or pending subscription, if you have an active subscription you will have to turn off the automatic renewal of the account, if you have an open amount for payment you will have to pay that amount in debt, turn off auto-renewal and then remove your payment method.
