Game stuck in DVD drive, loud grinding noise

I know when the Xbox one first came out, some people have had the problem with their Xbox one making a loud grinding noise and not reading games. My problem is similar to that, but slightly worse. My Xbox has been working fine since the day i bought it,
which was a day after it came out. But just yesterday, i put in a copy of Titanfall, then it made this loud grinding noise and said insert disk on the dashboard. When i try to eject the disk it makes another loud grinding noise and doesn't come out. I tried
resetting the Xbox by holding down the button for 10 secs then turning it back on, didn't work, i still get the noise. I just want to see if anyone here has had the same problem and if so, how they fixed it before i contact an employee to help me. My Xbox
is on a stable, flat surface, and i clean it regularly. I just don't know what could have caused the disk to get stuck in there.

like mentioned by CooterBooterz you will need to set up a repair/replacement when experiencing this issue.

You can contact Xbox Support to request a repair/replacement via
support.xbox.com/contact-us, but you can also use
http://myservice.xbox.com to set it up.

Also note that it isn't a issue for every drive, I personally haven't had any issue and use disc based games without problems.

you would have to take your xbox in for repairs, they need to open it up to remove the disc & at the same time they can analyze your problem, don't stress it's not a serious problem at most it would cost a few $'s to repair
