Game stuck in console

Discus and support Game stuck in console in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; No disc games were able to read or play, when i indserted the last disc i heard a grinding noise and now my disc will not eject.     No disc games were able to read or play, when i indserted the last disc i heard a grinding noise and now my disc will not eject. Can someone help?

    Kinect claiming its unplugged.

    I hope it's a software issue I'm scared to even start a game in case I get stuck with a new console. since the hard drive is stuck with the console!

    That's just it, you aren't buying a games console anymore, they are as much an on-demand delivery system as a games console now and over the years they will push their relevant movie/music services even more.

    Here is how you can manually eject a disc: Link

    And you may have to setup a repair if your drive stopped working and you don't want to buy a new console. Good luck!!

    Thank you for your help. Did not work. Guess i will try to get fixed or move on to PS4. Tired of the Xbox tricks n tips. Make sure my disc has been inserted to play?...really Xbox? So much for technology at its finest Thank you Xbox for confirming my decision.

    yes I perfomed that procedure and got the box and controller page prompting me to turn on controller.I hit a and got the menu page and it automatically went to updating then it says I have an update problem and gives an error code.My initial problem was
    I could not get it to connect to my internet after exhausting all the normal power cycle and reboot procedures.Which is why I performed the factory reset save apps and games procedure.
