Game stuck at 0% progress at install

Hey there, to make sure I understand you right: your games (and maybe some updates, I suspect) are having trouble installing.

Let's walk through this carefully, and start at the Microsoft Store side of things (Microsoft Store and Xbox App are very closely related--usually troubleshooting one will fix the other).

I recommend focusing on points 1 and 3 first--that Windows is updated, and that the Microsoft Store application (the one that is really responsible for downloading and installing games on Windows 10) is also updated. It may be that while you update the Microsoft Store app, the games are also installed or updated at the same time. But if not, I recommend you go through the steps in the rest of the article.

Just bought the xbone tonight. The suggestion on the xbox support page works but it was still a little finicky for me. The important step is power cycling your console after you disconnect from the internet. Also make sure you dont cancel or pause the download
before the power cycle and dont take the disc out either (whenever I did any of these things the install froze); you have to disconnect, start install once (it won't do anything but start the install anyways), and then power cycle. When the console comes back
on start the install one more time and leave it alone until it is 100% then reconnect and update.

Let me know if this works, I really hope this is the right method and not just random luck.

Also, microsoft... in the future when you make your next counsel make it more user friendly... no one wants to sit here for and hour waiting for 1 game to install, personally I think that brought you a bit downhill from your xbox360..

Okay, I had the same exact problem, and I threw a tantrum and restarted it over and over again, then about the 5th time after I restarted it showed up with 1%! Im so happy. I wish you luck
