Game streaming on Xbox One S is terrible

My old black Xbox ONE was smooth for Game Streaming, but my One S has severe pixellation / artifact issues.

I have 19.21.7006.00000 Xbox App on Win 10, and the latest Software on the One S.

I'm hardwired into the same Gigabit switch as the One S with my laptop, with GigE connections all round, and i've tried rebooting all parts of the network.

Terrible Playback & Inability to Download in Movies & TV App

I'm really tired of the terrible streaming quality in the Movies & TV app. In fact, I just don't understand why it's so terrible. Netflix plays great, Amazon Prime plays great my NAT is open, all of my online games play great, but
whenever I play a movie from Movies & TV, the quality is so terrible that it is unwatchable. If this streaming service is going to be so terrible, I either need the ability to download to my XBox One, or I want a refund for every movie I've purchased. It's
absolutely unacceptable.

Cloud comuting VS raw power

Ha, Xbox One needs the Cloud as a Crutch for it's Terrible hardware specs. Splitting it's Ram into 2 areas on the Motherboard = trash. And the EsRAM will not even come close to the PS4's unified Memory system. 176GB / second is PS4's System Memory bandwidth...
Xbox One is only 133 GB /s Even WITH esRAM. Terrible...

You're lucky to even get that ! I can't get mine to stream at all, it connects to PC then says "We could not stream from your console. Try again later"

I spent a total of 5 hours on chat to Xbox and Windows they both blamed the other for the issue, I reset Xbox S, reinstalled Windows 10 anniversary edition as directed by wonderful help staff and still nothing.

Never had a single issue with my old XB1 , now wish I kept it, apart from the 4k graphics which are pretty cool.

Is your console an Xbox Series S or an Xbox One S?

if its an Xbox One X the game isn't available yet for that console, but it has been said by Microsoft that it will get released this year as a streaming title.

No, this is terribly slow. I'm ethernet wired on my Series S and online games work quickly. I can stream 4k very quickly. My PS5 is responsive in the PSN. Everything works fine, except this really slow app. The worst part about the Microsoft Rewards App for Xbox is that it was fine until mid-summer 2022.
