(Game Streaming) Can't go past this screen despite completing setup and being an Xbox Insider

I'm having the same issue . when the twitch streaming was added to the twitch app. I was streaming for a couple of days. Gamers say my streaming was about 30-40 sec delay. Now I can't even broadcast . every time I do. I say Xbox broadcast the screen comes
out on the side and now if feels like it freezes there I get a blank white screen for the past week. I leave it alone to see and still the same white screen and can't stream. Now its like I have to get a cap.card to spend more $$ just to stream another way.

I've had the same issue. Trying to set up Live TV. Previously had it hooked up to a 55" TV with no issues. Now trying to hook it up to a home theater system. When I click on TV setup and Oneguide in the TV setup screen comes up with the spinning circle
and does not go further than this screen. I have tried everything, rebooting, taking out cables for 5 minutes, tried an offline diagnostic reboot and still can't get past the load screen of the tv setup settings. Any ideas?

downloaded the Insider app on my Xbox, but I didn't get the console streaming option in Xbox's settings. So I deleted all consoles registered in the Insider app, I deleted the app, downloaded it again, but now I have no consoles registered in Insider app,
still no option for console streaming in Xbox settings.

So I completely reset my console, but nothing changed.

And the Console Streaming app preview on my phone doesn't display the config screen like it did before. Now I have this (picture).

WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE, everyone is playing around me with this, I was waiting it for like 6 months, and now I just can't use it...

What ring are you on. Streaming was just launched globe so might be having a glitch check the insider hub
