Game store on Xbox One lags like crazy

Hi all,

Not sure this is the correct section of the forum, so apologies if not!

Anyway ever since the big summer update I've been having major problems with browsing games on the Store - when using it on the console, but not on my Mac. Strange thing is it's only the games part of the store. Viewing Apps, Film and TV is fast and
responsive - as is the rest of the UI for all other parts of it but as soon as I try to view any games its slows to an absolute crawl.

Thumbnails on games list take ages to load and if I click on a game there is a huge delay before it opens t's store page, only to then take forever to display screenshots etc. and on going back to the games list there is that same delay and occasionally
quits out the store and dumps me back to dashboard home.

Its extremely frustrating as most of my games are digital and browsing the store for new games and demos is a significant part of the experience.

For the sake of providing more information I'm on the latest software - September's 10.0.14393.1058 I have done a hard reset, cleared cache, cleared secondary MAC, reset console to default with keeping
games, turned off Cortana, disconnected my Kinect sensor, changed energy setting to power saving and gone from wireless to wired LAN.

I'm pretty sure it's not my connection as after buying a game on my Mac it downloads fast on the console, and other parts of the store work fine on the console. Network tests through the console are also as they should be. I'm pretty sure my console
is fine as games all play as they should as do the other parts of the store & UI.

Really what I'd like to know is anyone else experiencing this or is it a known issue? Its driving me crazy and given how long its been like that its pretty much stopped me buying a few games that I might have otherwise purely because at this point
they have to be bought on my Mac rather than the console.

Black Ops 1 Backwards Compatibility Zombies Lag

I've been wanting to play Black Ops 1 zombies solo but when I do the game on xbox one lags like crazy but when I play solo on 360 it works fine. Also when I go to xbox live and play zombies online the game has no lag but I want to play solo but for some
reason it lags and it makes the game unplayable.

 

Lag issues ?

I am having freezing and crazy lag. Moved from ps3to Xbox one and I am regretting it wtf... All I see is lag problems every game from sports games to fps ...
