Game Store Help in transfering games

So I've already bout State of Decay 1 on the Xbox 360, but I can't download it onto my Xbox 1, why?

The xbox one version is a separate title and would require you to purchase that version. The 360 version is not backwards compatible. State of decay year one edition is a separate title with separate achievements

If it is purchased and under your account there are a couple things you can try to help it appear.

You could power cycle your xbox. Its easy enough to do but will probably a low chance of success

The harder thing to do would be to remove your account and then redownload it. Much more likely to work.

If none of this works you may have to be patient. If you dont see any results in the next 48 hours you may want to call the Xbox Support Staff and tell them your situation. They should be able to help you from there.

order history do you see it under your purchases? Is it possible you purchased the game on a different account on the Xbox 360? You can also log onto
Xbox.com and check your game library for the game.

State of Decay is not backwards compatible. You would have to purchase the One version in order to play it on the One. You can find a list of backwards compatible games here
