Game store games and some apps uninstalled after May 17

I have a weird problem. My games in the "My games & apps" section recently uninstalled themselves along with several of my apps. But, they are still on my harddrive and playable if I go to them through the pin on my home screen. For example: I am in the
middle of playing Thief and if I go to the pin it will let me play, my save is still there as well, it just asked me to play "offline". If I try to play Thief from the 'recently opened' shortcut menu or the 'my games and apps' menu it tries to install the
game again. All of my apps and games act like they have never been opened before. Titanfall now says 'ready to start' below it, but all of my preferences and saved games are still there. So, what happened and how do I fix this? I did several hard resets,
disconnected from the wireless, and unplugged it for a bit. Thanks for your help!

Cant buy anything into Microsoft Store

The store recently had an update as well.

Go to manage games and apps and see if you have an uninstalled update for the store.

Missing game on game list (FIFA17)

Any game you buy can be redownloaded from your download history.

If it's for the 360 - Redownload Xbox Content | Xbox 360

If it's for the One the game would be listed in your games and apps under "ready to install" after it is uninstalled.

You could try uninstalling and re-installing the games/apps you are seeing this with and see if it resolves your issue, or as you mention the Pins still work you could use those instead of recent games/apps.

The uninstall/reinstall should sort it out for you though.

Yeah, the uninstall/reinstall was my plan...it just takes forever and I was curious as to why it happened in the first place. Anyways, I suppose that doesn't really matter. Thanks!

I have the same issue, except mine does not ask me to play offline. All of my games work normally from the pinned section, but on the main screen they all need to be downloaded or installed.

Having a corrupted profile is one of the possible reasons why your account is stuck in a Beta version. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app from your Windows 10. After you op out from the Xbox Insider
program you need to sign out your account from the Xbox app and then uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackage
Hit Enter.
Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game as well.
