The error message is " To play this disk, put it in a Xbox 360 console"

I were playaing from the disc for several time, and then I got that error, another disc is working OK on the same console, but I didn't try the bad disc in another console, I tried it on the PC, gave same error.

My Password, all of a sudden, is not being accepted!!!!! WHY??? I've been playing Microsoft Mahjong for several years or more. Now, cannot sign in!!! WHY?

Can you confirm that error message please. That doesn't sound right. Also, are you trying to play from the disc, or is the game installed? Can you try another disc and/or try this disc on another console?
